About CEPOCAB CEPROCAB is a multicultural based center that regroups highly qualified experts globally-based and able to deploy or respond remotely and effectively to the needs of training and developing the most sought skills required nowadays. We focus our service areas mainly in professional training, management consulting, translation and interpretation, and developing individual, organizational and societal capacity from a continuous improvement stand point. Main purpose of the post The Administrative & Marketing Assistant undertakes day – to – day administrative and marketing duties and co-ordinates a wide range of activities working closely with the Senior Administrative Director and the Executive Director. Marketing : Working closely with both the Senior Administrative Director and Executive Director to deliver all marketing activity such as creating campaigns, planning and implementing print marketing, market research and email/postal mail outs Lead on designing and implementing digital marketing including social media – writing and scheduling content, being responsive, finding new opportunities to raise the profile of CEPROCAB through digital platforms. Lead on maintaining our website using our CMS, ensuring content is up to date and appropriate Support management of freelance designers and photographers Support both the Senior Administrative Director and Executive Director in ensuring effective communication with all CEPROCAB stakeholders including participants, interns, experts, and consultants. Office Management Manage the company’s information requests via email or telephone Manage company resources including office equipment and stationery Manage IT resources in collaboration with the Company’s IT support providers Support the Senior Administrative Director to organize quarterly Board meetings Support the Senior Administrative Director to arrange for both face – to face and online classes Data Management Collate and process learners registration data and feedback on a monthly basis for internal and use in consultation with the Senior Administrative Director Ensure the company's database is properly maintained, kept up to date and adheres to local legislation Project Management Support the Senior Administrative Director with agreed tasks such as booking tours, venues, workshops Support management and placements of volunteers Work with the Executive Director to organize promotional events General Being a committed member of the company willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities as necessary to ensure the successful development of projects and the smooth running of CEPROCAB To represent the company at meetings, seminars, conferences and other public events whilst networking on behalf of CEPROCAB This is an internship of 3 month length renewable once, so only a monthly stipend will be paid to the incumbent. These will form a key part of the selection process Essential Bachelor’s degree in marketing, ICT, business administration, finance, statistics Proven administration and marketing experience – minimum 1 year Excellent communication skills via phone, email and face to face with people from a range of backgrounds and communities Fluency in English and French both written and spoken. Ability to prioritize and manage time Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Flexible and willing to learn Good level of computer skills including email, Word, Excel and Power point Desirable Experience of database management Experience of website management Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) or other digital design/image manipulation software Knowledge of basic film or audio editing Apply through this site.
